We will blow and plug all underground lines to prevent freeze damage. Your filter, pump and motor will be drained and drain plugs removed. D.E. Filters, Cartridges will be opened and cleaned, sand filters will be backwashed. Heaters will be turned off and drained (if equipped). 1-Algaecide, 1-Pool Plus (Stain & Scale Preventative), 1-Phosphate Remover and 2 Gal Liquid Chlorine will be added as closing chemicals. Ladders and handrails will be removed. Diving board will be removed depending on type and customer preference. We will install existing Safety Cover, which needs to be readily available. It is not recommended to lower a vinyl liner pool, it should remain full.
IMPORTANT: Eyeballs/Jets/Plugs removed from your pool will be placed in the pump basket, unless otherwise noted by customer. All ladders/diving boards/handrails will be placed by pool side. The pool will be winterized in the condition it is found when we arrived. If you have leaves and debris in the pool we DO NOT clean pool before putting cover on.
Note: All work is scheduled on a first come first service basis. We will TRY to accommodate requests for a particular day, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE IT. We will contact you one day prior to the actual service date. We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather or ground conditions. Water, electric and power should all be made available at the time of service. All equipment including pool cover must be accessible. Any additional visits that are needed due to conditions not being met, will be subject to a service charge. Any service related problems or complaints must be reported to our office within five working days of the service date. When completing this online contract it indicates you have read and understood the services you selected.
